      Pros

      High-value, high-consequence products = meaningful work and a sense of purpose. Great team environment. I feel valued and welcomed as an intern. Early career development programs are top-notch. Pay is great. Great company to work for.

      Cons

      It can take a while to get things done due to the size of the company and the strict regulations that come with being a government contractor.

      Quick turnover. Very busy schedule, can be hard to balance activities outside of work.

      Smart people, great pay, relocation benefits, great position for an internship.

      Cons

      Moral obligations can affect work. Process can be slow, severe on boarding delays. Mostly just issues due to large company size.
