      Pros

      The 4 day/10 hour shifts are great since I like having Fridays off and flexible with hours. Benefits are decent and there are different opportunities

      Cons

      Racism and sexism exists, hard to connect with others outside of the department, and training is little to none

      4/10 work week (Friday - Sundays off) My teams immediate management isn't the greatest but I've seen other teams management work in an amazingly collaborative manner.

      Cons

      Work hours are long and some programs are extremely needy due to the mismanagement of the Sr Program Manager and Sr Government managers.
