By the time I recently left, it was:
- A horrible dog-eat-dog type of environment
- Several layers of managers and people who "think" they're managers that actual managers are afraid to put back in their place
- Budget pressures felt companywide which caused:
- extremely low morale
- months of reorganization/ layoff warnings, again
- managers to tell employees there are no more resources for training or additional opportunities
- no more than 2% a year raises
