      Work life balance due to 4X10

      Cons

      Management is very slow to promote. I was overloaded on work in false hope of a promotion. Its been 2 yrs I have asked for a promotion as exceeded expectations.

      - good pay - good job security - numerous opportunities for whatever you want to do - plenty of movement within the company - good benefits - work flexibility of your 40 hours (can depend on your direct leader) - off-fridays

      Cons

      - big corporate structure - less visibility to upper management - salary good but not the best of the best
