Great work life balance, and benefits. The people are great, there are some very knowledgeable engineers that work there.

Cons

Boring job, most of the time I am not doing engineering work. I am consistently asked to work overtime while other people sleep at the office.

Some of the smartest and brightest engineers in the western ny area. It would be hard not to learn amazing things here. I get to work on an advanced product line that is one in a million.
