Benefits are good and inexpensive, at the time of writing medical, dental, vision insurance for me and my wife was 32 a week. regular pay increase and tuition assistance.

Cons

pay starts low but goes up over time.

Consistent pay that you get every Friday.

Cons

Management blames Associates for their mistakes. HR WILL not help you. Was told to “shut my mouth” when I hadn’t said anything. Union will not speak up for you during the meetings. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FATHER DYING OR WIFE BEING ILL.
