      Payscale is up there. Once trained and settled in you know what to expect. Plenty of opportunities for the right people.

      Good Benefits and pay with a nice work schedule.

      Cons

      The environment is very cut throat, often was told to not trust anyone and I can see why. A lot of racial separation going on inside the electrical fabrication department, inspectors pick and choose who gets their attention instead of just doing their job!
