Offers plenty of training and can move between programs.

Cons

If you are apply to an openings at a higher level, LM won't promote you to that level. Instead you just rotate/transfer to that opening with your original title and salary. Nothing change just your new assignment.

The people around you are going to be necessary for working here. The company is so big (120,000 workers) that everything is going to vary from there. They run a flex work schedule so that's nice. Great job security.

Cons

A lot of bureaucracy in working there.
