Pros
Awesome place to work, I've heard that your experience depends on your manager and team, but I've had 0 complaints. My managers are awesome and the team is very open to assist when you're stuck on an issue. It's also nice seeing jets fly take off all the time. The lunch food is pretty good too.
Cons
The pay is okay, but the work-life balance is great.
