      Amazing pto package, benefits start day 1, benefit costs are low, several plans to choose from

      Cons

      Discrepancy in what is actually offered when you accept as opposed to what is stated to be offered on their website. No dependent fsa, no tuition reimbursement

      Good steady job with nice benefits but hard to move up within the company.

      Pros

      Relaxed environment with opportunities to mix with very senior employees and gain an insight into how the company works. Work life balance is good with many business areas now operating '9/75' which means working an extra hour each day in order to get every second Friday off.

      Cons

      Few opportunities to get promoted internally unless you are willing to relocate. Many employees are ex military so hierarchy is key.
