The pay can be very good 90k+.
Cons
Awful leadership that micromanages everything from PTO, to handling the simplest of tasks. No respect from other LM employees. Broken down vehicles, shabby buildings, no morale, mindless work, No growth, if you want to branch out into LM they won't hire you due to the fact that you were once "security".
