Pros

First, Lockheed Martin is huge. So depending on which business sector or department you end up in will define or shape your opinion. The compensation packages are truly outstanding. My business unit allows us to flex time and/or accumulate time for additional time off. From medical/dental benefits to professional discounts there are plenty of perks available. Tuition assistance is great across the board and if you are furthering your degree or trying to get one this is a great place to do so.

Cons

Some of the managers should not be where they are. There seems to be little availability for advancement.
