Pros

As a recent college graduate I had little to no knowledge about military aircrafts but through the careful guidance of my mentors, coworkers and manager they have taught me everything I need to know to do my job as IT lead correctly

Cons

I think this is common in a lot of workplaces but people are VERY vocal about their political beliefs... it's not appropriate

Pros

You can live anywhere in the world and do this job and there is a sense of freedom in that aspect.

Cons

Pay is mediocre considering the long hours worked and the locations we work. your "Bonus check" isn't really a bonus check it's just money held ransom until your trip is completed. If you are making $31/hour back home with 20 hours of overtime a week keep doing that because this job isn't worth leaving your family for months for pay that's only mediocre.

Pros

The pay was great. Everyone receives raises annually based on their performance.

Cons

There is ZERO room for promotion. Don't fool yourself or let a recruiter fool you. This company will externally hire their managers -- even if you are filling the management position. The managers at this location also talk behind employees backs. This causes problems when employees attempt to advocate for themselves during a promotion or interview because it shelves the employee's ability to improve based on their experiences. Eventually everyone feels tied to their job with no way of improving their position.
