      Amazing 401K matching and teamwork-based culture

      Many grumpy employees, outdated office area's, poor raises, slow to implement any improvements.

      Pros

      As far as tech goes, the work-life-balance for most business/finance folks is pretty good. Flexible schedules such as 9x80 or 4x10. Opportunity to work on projects with a mission that is interesting (I worked for LM Space).

      Cons

      Pay doesn't keep up with "new" tech. Feels like an older more formal tech company with a cultural that reflects it. Things move slowly when you're working government contracts.
