      Pros

      Market rate pay and above average benefits. Organized company, professional and smart workforce. Roles can offer good schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      The cronyism and age discrimination rampant within certain functions prove to be career stoppers for many very talented people. Best advice is once you see yourself getting stuck, move on. Despite the massive ego of that place, they aren't the only show in town.

      Needs Better Work-Life Balance for Employees

      Pros

      Salary and benefits were pretty good, excellent opportunities to transfer within the company and opportunities to pursue advanced degrees in education.

      Cons

      During proposals, life outside the company ceased to exist. You were expected to be available to work an insane number of hours and if you had any other commitments, you were perceived as not willing to give 100 percent. There was absolutely no work-life balance.
