"Old school" management style and work ethic. Not much autonomy for individual contributors - far too many layers of management. Mediocre medical benefits - premiums have risen substantially in recent years, and actual coverage has declined (higher copays, annual deductibles, prescription costs, etc.). We are now paying more for less, and salaries are not increasing at a rate that compensates for the additional premium costs being flowed down to employees! Speaking of compensation, in general, salaries are not competitive with other Silicon Valley companies.

Depends on the group you are in, but some big programs just go though people, use them and throw them away then they are done. Hard to get promoted, more based on who you know and who your mentor is then how hard you worked. Work life balance none existant. Lost allot of great folks mainly over this.
