      Old school mentality throughout all of management with lower than average pay and very high expectations

      Pros

      Makes products that secures national security. Average work/life balance. Working towards better flexibility. 3 weeks of vacation

      Cons

      Old school mentality throughout all of management. Too structured-- everything is "policy". Limited promotions, give you every excuse in the book as to why they cant give you a promotion (but report record sales every year). Limited growth opportunities, especially if you have advanced degrees.

      Pros

      Product is awesome. Every other Friday off. Unlimited sick time. Competitive pay. Vacation time.

      Cons

      Pension weighing down financials. Old and stuffy mgmt who are pigs. Defense business outlook is grim, with business going to low cost providers. Lockheed excels at high cost solutions. Intnal movement is strongly discouraged.
