      Pros

      Amazing CEO. Fighter aircraft, fast paced work. Lots of work to do. Major changes and solid leadership are making for an exciting time to work there.

      Cons

      Benefits suck. Get good time off after they kill you for an entire year. If you have a shiitake leader, your life will suck.

      Sheer size of the place, gps on my Fitbit proves I walk about 3 miles a day just from the parking lot to my office and to meetings.

      a great company to work for overall. work environments are decent and the people are great

      Cons

      upper management does not reward talent. Your yearly reviews are based on a percentage of the overall job title community even if you do not work tasks like the rest of the individuals in the same job title
