Pros
We work on a 9/80 schedule which gives us more time every other weekend to spend outside of the work environment.
Cons
There is a wall separating the management with its employees that is always felt the moment you step into the building Even the employees' departments do not interact well. Lack of respect is also a big discouragement. Our direct manager micromanages a lot and would always push you until you actually push back. There is also no room for growth.
