      Good Company to Work for overall

      Pros

      Good salary, job security, many opportunities, great reputation, great place to do an internship and start a great career

      Cons

      Can be very cutthroat depending on which department you work for, benefits are getting worse over time (loss of pension, insurance getting worse), and company is doing a lot of restructuring as a result of defense spending cuts
