      Relaxed environment. Cool culture, lots of activities to get involved in and great health care.

      Slow pay increases. Lots of procurement issues.

      Good work life balance. Interesting projects and self managed workloads.

      Cons

      5 managers in a year's time. Constant moving targets and abandoned projects. Lack of vision and follow through from directors and Senior Management. Fear of job security due to reoccurring reorgs and layoffs. Fear of keeping your job and carrying the load of those laid off.
