      Pros

      401k matching is great, Great benefit overall. Pays well if you're an engineer. The 4/10 shifts are great.

      Cons

      Company culture is horrible. On how diverse they are, it's terrible. Unless you're an engineer, your starting pay isn't that great for the amount of work you do. Management tend to not give out raises nor promotions.

      The pay and benefits are great, and I'm fortunate enough to have great leadership

      Cons

      Some leadership is terrible, luck of the draw, also 2nd shift hrs are not good if you have a family
