      Pros

      It had some of the nicest people to work with. Facility was first class. Smart sharp management team across all departments. Everyone takes pride in their craftmanship.

      Pros

      Good pay for a part time collage student. Position is simple and doesn't fallow you home. Overtime mostly available, and I enjoy the company of my shift.

      Cons

      Tenure pay is crazy, as a younger person picking up computer based systems is pretty easy, but I find myself baby sitting a 35-45 year old man, who quite frankly doesn't know how to do his job. Wouldn't have a problem with it but he gets paid much more than me.
