      Ok work space. Buy back a weeks leave. Offers additional learning opportunities. Offers internal movement.

      No communication. Poor management. Doesn't address problematic behavior. Toxic people.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits, work hours and work days. 9/80 work schedule allows every other Friday off. No weekend work.

      Cons

      My commute is 57 miles each way. In the winter it's dark when i leave home and dark when i return.

      Pros

      Lockheed Martin was, by far, the best job I ever had!!! It was a great place to work. Management was great. There is always room for advancement. I LOVED that Lockheed Martin offers a mentor program.
