Good option to have a 4/10 work schedule (this could be a con) Technicians are easygoing. A lot of opportunities as long as you have clearance
Cons
Micromanagement - they care about how much time you are working in the office Tasks can be boring at times within Test Engineering (documentations all day) Management can be panicking sometimes when the organization lost some contracts, in which layoff is a common theme to make up the numbers and that is very discouraging.
