Work life balance is always a concern for the company. Job outlook is very steady (as steady as contracts as with the government). And best of all there is room to move in any direction desired.

Cons

Pay is lower than competitors, moving up in the company can take time, bureaucratic, engineers are higher on the totem pole, work environment is not fresh. Certain departments tend to be "silo'ed" and harder to get out of/into.

-Awesome employee engagement (ice cream socials, bbqs, movie nights, etc.) -Employee recognition (you can give a co-worker a "high-5" and they get a small gift) -It's a large company so that means there are so many different job roles

Cons

-Very difficult to get promoted -Awful health insurance
