Small raises, few opportunities for advancement at lower levels. Very traditional, not a lot of room for innovation on the non-technical side. Can feel insignificant in supporting roles
The salary and benefits are excellent. Very competitive. My offer was 25% higher than the other offers I received as a college new hire. The employees are great to work with and the work is very meaningful.
Cons
Slow promotion structure compared to many other companies. Rigid HR policy makes it difficult for high achievers to move quickly. Performance management not always handled well/indicative of actual performance.
