      Pros

      Working from home allowed a great work-life home balance, and the team was able to complete numerous tasks together in a timely manner. Every Friday is an off-day!

      Not being able to be in the office, and having multiple tasks that were hard to complete due to lack of training

      Not much, honestly. The pay was decent. Our office worked a 9/80 schedule, so that was nice too, I guess
