      This employer is one of the best! Virtual work is a plus for this corporation.

      In some companies within the corporation employees are overworked. Many managers do not have an open door policy.

      Massive pressure, long hours blame culture. Lots of promises no delivery.

      Pros

      There were lots of promises before I started. Great pay, flexibility and team works. Lots of training and good culture. - Boy did they fail.

      Cons

      Systems do not work properly. The induction programme is never run properly and training for the role was never provided. I was in essence set up to fail and be blamed. They had signed a contract to claim a milestone and then threw it at the new guy with no support and wondered why it failed.
