Small minded people, not culturally diverse. Management is too hierarchal.

Training budget is vast, do not hesitate to put you in a training course. Never had an issue getting approved for a formal training.

Cons

Old boy network, not ethnically diverse or welcoming, conservative, set in ways, over work their people, pay under market value.

Working on projects that have meaning... Love that they help me go back to school and have future opportunities for advancement in my career.

Cons

Bad management at local facility, they pass up opportunities to keep people employed. Facing contract cuts.
