Pros

Lockheed is a large company with many interesting projects. I had the opportunity to be a key engineer on multiple projects which kept me on my toes. Along with the great work the leaders are very honest and ethical. I spent many years working there and had a great experience. I left Lockheed to jump on the New Space ride which was also a great experience. However, if the right position came up I would definitely consider coming back to Lockheed.

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy, but they are making progress to be more streamlined to compete with New Space.
