Pros

They have a good culture for professionals. They hire within when they are able. Plenty of room for growth and movement. Ethics are important to them, and they have a hotline for when you have issues. Management is encouraged to be helpful and look for issues in the process, not necessarily in the person. They allowed me to work from home several days a week because of my long commute and need to pick up my kids from school.

Cons

Management did not spend the money in the past for keep the commercial satellite business up to speed with technology. They emphasized the importance with government jobs. When the government stopped spending as much, they suddenly realized that they needed to updated their commercial design. It was too late, and a number of years went by without winning any programs. In the end, they decided to move the business to Denver. This was short-sightedness on their part, but probably the right thing to do at this point. Hopefully, they will find success in Denver.
