      A large but somewhat cumbersome company.

      Pros

      Lots of professional people and disciplines. Very nice atmosphere for professionals. Company is an industry leader.

      Cons

      The system of doing business on a daily basis at worker level (below management) is cumbersome. Its difficult to get things done in a timely manner.
