Excellent work-life balance and work flexibility that you may not find in most other places Personnel management is people oriented (for most of them) Depending on the programs/projects you work on, you have the opportunity to learn a variety of technical skills
Cons
Facility is extremely dated and needs serious modernization Depending on where you do your work, facility can be noisy and disruptive. For some programs, program and project management needs to learn when to say "no", instead of signing up for work that cannot be practically done
