Pros

Great place to learn from some of the most talented people I have met. Friendly atmosphere and great sense of community from others. LM is always willing to innovate and improve based on society's current needs and development. Work diversity and stability, good company to stay with long term. Great benefits with 401k, health, etc (this is where LM hits the mark). Plenty of in-company benefits such as on-campus gyms, cafeterias, events, and plenty of other social opportunities to meet people. Great place for new developers / interns to start at

Cons

Legacy technology can be found in a good amount of places around LM. Learning old languages and using old equipment is a possibility, and most of the time feels like a step-back from the innovative culture we live in today. Work diversity also has its place here as a con. Management moves their developers around a lot here, and it hurts one's development for concrete knowledge in one area. To add on, this can lead to the possibility of working on things outside your comfort zone, or career wants. Lack of senior or mid-experienced positions, makes it hard to move within the same area of expertise. It seems that at the moment, lower experienced positions are more admired by management, which makes sense but limits opportunities for plenty of people.
