Great growth for engineers, not so much for others

Pros

9x80 and 4x10 schedules, 401k matching, many sites so ability to move around and transfer roles, if you work within a team that values culture - work will be fun, great growth for engineers

Cons

Not great growth paths and opportunities for non-technical, non-engineer folks; health plans are all high deductible and poor for such a large company, promote a "speak up" culture but HR doesn't do a great job at creating psychological safe environments, some of the older benefits (remote and hybrid work) are going away
