      Pros

      LM rewards employees that are willing to uphold and personify their corporate ethics and vision. They employ a very dynamic and talented workforce and encourage a good work/ life balance. They provide excellent career paths and mentoring from more experienced colleagues. Management has respect for their employees and truly care about their careers and job satisfaction.

      Cons

      As with any big enterprise, it is sometimes difficult to understand exactly how the company's vision and direction affect you as an individual employee.
