      Upper management is only focused on schedule and dates at expense of quality

      Could be a fun place to work but requires a major culture shift

      Cons

      The culture and mentality of upper management is always looking for scapegoats for their failed planning. CEO allows the culture to interfere with success. Program almost a decade late yet being ran by the same management team. Where is accountability at the management level?

      Diversity inclusion, company provides good opportunities, good benefits, competitive salary, provides international work and experiences, good travel opportunities.

      Cons

      They have lots of processes that can slow down overall productivity. I suppose it's expected, given their CMMI5 credentials. Management can also be a little rigid and lacks open mindedness
