4/10 schedule - off every Friday. 8% 401k match. Easy job, easy living

Cons

If you want to hustle and grind to move up this isn’t the place. They care more about years working than actual achievements. A lot of white guys and a lot of conservative views amongst the older people.

Pros

Quiet location with free and ample parking. Management aware there is no succession as their staff are all nearing retirement. American firm Lockheed Martin have rescued this otherwise dated old defence factory. Everyone finishes early on a Friday. Shuts down at Lunch

Cons

Staff are really ignorant and behind the times. Some of the management were 4th choice candidates at interview. That means 3 other people did not take the role following interview. You can work until 8pm one day but if you go home a min earlier than 5pm the next day you will be in trouble. Older workers clock in at 8am then go to canteen to read a paper. So you have to really know the old system of working to work here rather than any flexible or modern ethos like outcomes and efficiencies. Sometimes protestors due to the defence nature of the organisation.
