You had 40 hours a week, quarterly raises, union, can listen to music at your desk.

Cons

Toxic workplace politics, toxic support personnel if they don't like you trust me you'll know, employees turn on one another, supervision and management are out of control but still retain their jobs, drugs and alcohol are a theme from management but they are still able to keep their jobs.
