I had 2 great bosses during my time there, which definitely helped to make it one of my favorite companies to have worked for. The work is challenging and interesting, and the employees are top of the line. Pay was decent and I enjoyed the 9/80 work schedule. Very good work/life balance.

Cons

Can be difficult to get your foot in the door, but worth it if you can. Facility was old. As to be expected, the work can entail a lot of paperwork and hoops to jump through to get your job done.

The pay is ok, but not great

Cons

They make in hard to do the job with bureaucracy and overcomplicating processes. The software, tools, and trainings used are outdated. There are too many meetings. It seems to be a company that prioritizes being in the office. Because the company is big, the roles don't have a diverse responsibility. Overall, this company is stuck in the mud.

Pretty Decent pay many Talented Engineers Good management and leadership, but room for improvement Excellent work life balance with 4/10 schedule

Cons

Originally there were performance-based raises and bonuses, now employees at same level all get same raise - at lower levels this is 3% every year for everyone.
