See pros - lots of project options - but depending on your management, you'll get saddled on one or two indefinitely. There is lots of expertise / stability and processes, but that also means strong resistance to new ideas / new approaches. Inertia is a double-edged sword.

Little innovation. Mostly older engineers trying to make it to retirement. Risk averse. Only two active aircraft production programs, both controversial, both not very exciting. Younger engineers tend not stick around. Very poor facilities. Many contain hazardous materials like asbestos, beryllium in the air. Severe focus on tracking everything, which takes precedence over real work. Innovation and good ideas go here to die.
