      Good for a non-technical degree

      Pros

      Good Work hours and benefits. Work is chill and laid back. Project-based assignment on our team.

      Cons

      Not something to do for a long term degree. Managers didn't care for a long term growth of an individual. Working with customers was difficult and they did not have any basic understanding of software or project development processes.

      Pros

      Big company with big name, co-workers are friendly, 401k and you only work 4 days a week even its gonna be 10 hours a day.

      Cons

      very poor communication between departments, teams. Managements are not really familiar with new technology, they have zero knowledge of modern software, so sometimes you feel like you are surrounded by a bunch of gold fish.

      They will essentially hire anyone that is breathing, leaving the team with large holes and personality inconsistencies
