4 day work weeks at 10hrs per day are nice. You have ownership of your own schedule. Expect a raise annually unless you are really bad at your job. Overall it's a great place to work. Pay is decent and weekly pay is nice.

Cons

No real cons to working there. You will work hard once you get into the mix.
