Pros

The company has good reputation, relative good benefit and good work life balance. There are chances for people to grow as a manager.

Cons

Again since it is a big company, too many layers of management, the high level management and on the ground employees actually interacting with clients everyday has some gap.

Cons

Too much work, not enough people for the amount of work. Company scaling down to become more competiitve. Hiring younger employees to off balance the higher paid individuals.

Nice perks, schedule own working hours, very informative management, but has been hit hard in recent years due to budget cuts.

Cons

Management need to pass down the information down the chain, in the defense industry it is all about compliance and guideline.
