opportunities to move up if you have the drive, ambition, and motivation. great company that focus on ethics and strong teaming among colleagues.
Cons
senior management did not have a strong vision about the reorg, resulting in constant churn and decrease in morale. for one reorg, they even recognize their mistake but cannot turn the tide once folks have already been laid off and a new management team came on board. by having a new management team every 6-8 months, staff continued to do their job but found it difficult to know who was in charge as well as roles and responsibilities.
