Pros

Lockheed Martin provides an avenue for career growth. Regardless of your current career level, there is an area that would fit. Because of many different connections to government, you have the potential to work with various agencies and even become a federal employee if that is your desire.

Cons

The pro and con is somewhat of the same. Because you are working with the government, there is much stress that comes along with project deadlines, pace and even completion of projects.
