Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of internal training available free and paid. Tuition reimbursement. Flexible schedule with every other Friday off. Sick time and personal business off is paid (most people are professional about this). Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k).
Cons
No bonuses for lower level employees. Corporate is an unfair world I guess. Once you're hired for a position, it becomes difficult to get good raises. Raises aren't affected by effort but by who you know.
