Good Work-Life balance (project dependent) Stable work (if you're on a long-running project, IRADs may differ) Nice coworkers (location dependent) Great 401K match

Cons

Technically behind (i.e. always 5-6 years behind industry standard practices, tools, equipment) Comp time policy actively deters working over 40 hours, even when forced to by management PTO program not noteworthy "Top Performer" bump largely dependent on who you know and who knows you, rather than your actual work output Lackluster bonus (4%, which is totally dependent on sector financial goals rather than individual performance)
