Opportunities for advancement. Good pay. Decent benefits. Company promotes great core values and pushes their employees to be more responsible by setting and achieving personal goals.

Cons

HR is not very negotiable on salary when doing inside job changes or promotions.

Pros

Everyday benefits are above average. Many "extra" benefits such as reduced cell contracts, negotiated discounts with American automobile manufactures, huge discounts with rental car agencies and travel discounts to name just a few.

Cons

No different then any other job. I have been fortunate to work with a good number of great co-workers. I have only experienced a few that are difficult to work with and none of them were managers.

Impeccable Benefits, Networking opportunities, and Employee Stock Options

Cons

Multi-Layer Management that was more concerned about securing a contract that the personnel supporting it. It could have been contract specific, but since this is my only experience with them, its all I can say. Possibly better for a seasoned employee, but they look to please the customer more than the employee offering services.
